We help youth, tweens, and teens ages 9–17, and young adults 18–25, build confidence, resilience, emotional control, and the mental performance skills needed to succeed in sports, school, and life.
Through personalized 1:1 coaching, practical tools, and sport psychology strategies, we nurture the inner strength that turns self-doubt into self-belief, pressure into composure, and setbacks into growth.

Our coaching blends sport psychology, mental performance training, and youth development to build real, lasting resilience. We teach skills like emotional regulation, focus, self-talk, motivation, and routine-building — tools that young people can use anywhere, anytime.

Intro to Mental Skills

A great place to start! We’ll assess your current strengths and challenges, then create a personalized plan to boost confidence, focus, and resilience.

1:1 Mental Performance Coaching
45 min – $50
Ongoing coaching for athletes ages 9–18. Build self-talk, focus, routines, and energy management to perform your best in both sports and life.
➡️ Best for athletes and performers ready to build consistent mental routines.

Existing Client Check-In
15 min – $20
A focused virtual session for returning clients. Perfect for staying sharp between full sessions, managing nerves before a big game, or working through small mindset blocks.
➡️ Must have completed at least one full session prior.
