Service Description
This check-in is for current clients who want support between sessions, accountability, or a fast mindset tune-up before a game, performance, or challenging week.
Cancellation Policy
Free rescheduling and cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before your session. This gives both of us time to plan and stay flexible. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full session rate. No-shows and late cancellations cannot be refunded. Life happens! If you’re dealing with an emergency, please reach out — I’ll always do my best to work with you.
