Intro to Mental Skills
Recommended for new clients or athletes just getting started
Service Description
This 1:1 session is designed to introduce the core mental skills that support confidence, focus, resilience, and emotional control in sports and life. We’ll start by reviewing your intake form (or completing it together if needed), talk through your current challenges and strengths, and identify key mental skills to focus on in future sessions. You’ll leave with a short-term goal or a simple mindset routine you can start applying right away. Whether you're new to mental training or just not sure where to begin—this is your starting point.
Cancellation Policy
Free rescheduling and cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before your session. This gives both of us time to plan and stay flexible. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full session rate. No-shows and late cancellations cannot be refunded. Life happens! If you’re dealing with an emergency, please reach out — I’ll always do my best to work with you.
